This is the bookcase that JIM built.

The picture may not be great (it's just the webcam), but the actual bookcases are great! We used to have books stuffed in armoires, under beds, in closets, in many baskets and just hanging around all over the place. Finding what we needed wasn't always easy. But now, we have order! Ahhh. And those two beautiful bookcases that served us so well in the "library" now adorn our bedroom....and this wonderful 12 foot wall of books (8 feet high) is quite serviceable. How nice to have access to all of our dear books! Thank you, my husband. Have I told you lately how grateful I am for you?!?

It's All About Perspective!

Well, Mama and I have an update on our Lord of the Rings challenge! Since we began this challenge (on May 18), we have reached our first goal and made it to Crickhollow! For those of ya'll not as well-versed in your Middle Earth geography, that means we have gone 73 miles in a month and a half!
